What techniques can be used to conduct research?

You can use many sources, you can conduct your own research, by creating surveys, analysing peoples opinions etc, these fall under primary research.

you can read online news articles, newspapers, reviews, these all fall under secondary research (research done by other people, whether it be online or in magazines or newspapers)

How might you keep an important trail of the research you have undertaken?

You could use a diary, keeping track of important information, you could also use blogger.

Why is this important?

This is important because if you don't keep track of your research, you cannot embed said research into your work

What different ways may you collate your research?

you could collate your research by creating a powerpoint, and adding all of your collected research onto it

you could also create surveys, conduct your evidence on the website and then your research is permanently saved onto the website

This is important because if you cannot collect and store research you will have no work to go off when it comes to the examination board

What ways may you store your research?

using applications with save features, you can coagulate your research onto one big slide, so you know exactly where it is.
